Tuition: 

The cost of the class is broken up into 10 convenient monthly payments. Monthly tuition is charged to the credit card on file on the 1st of each month (September through June, or beginning with the month the student joins). Each month does not vary in price.  It is expected that enrolled students will participate in classes for the entire dance year. There is an annual $35 registration fee per family. A late payment is subject to a $20 late fee after the 10th of the month.

Referrals:

Word of mouth is the best compliment! We offer a $30 referral credit for each family you recommend. The credit will be applied against your tuition once the student completes one month of class.

Recitals: 

Each class participates in two recitals: one in the Winter (December 12-14 - Official Date TBA) and one in the spring (June 13th). 

Winter Showcase: For all dancers enrolled in a recreational class. A non-refundable recital t-shirt costume fee of $25 per dancer will be charged November 1st. 

Nutcracker: For all dancers enrolled in a Classical Ballet class.  A non-refundable costume rental fee of $25 per dancer will be charged November 1st. Additional fees will be charged for costumes that are lost, damaged, etc. 

Spring Recital: For all dancers enrolled in a GBSD class. A non-refundable costume fee of $115 per class will be charged to the card on file on February 1st. If a student drops the class after Feb 1st, the costume fees are non refundable.

Absences:

If your dancer will not be able to make it to class please let us know by filling out this form.

Communication: 

Please refer to all email and newsletters for updates and information about performances, events and fun at GBSD! We strive to keep you in the loop with plenty of advance notice. We update the website often so be sure to check back!

Drop off and pick up:

All students should be dropped off no more than 10 minutes before class and picked up no more than 5 minutes after class. Parents of younger dancers are welcome to stay, but are required to stay in the lobby, and  will not be allowed in the classroom during class.

Withdrawing from class:

GBSD has a no refund policy for paid tuition.  Recital and competition costumes are also non-refundable.  Notification of a class withdrawal requires a 30 day advance notice. Thank you for your understanding!

For the safety of our dancers and staff, no street shoes are allowed in the studios.
