All female Students ages 5 and up, are to wear a solid black leotard with appropriate tights and footwear. All hair must be pulled into a bun. Male students are to wear a white t-shirt and black pants or shorts.
Black leotard or Black Sports Top and Black Shorts. Tights are optional.
Hair must be pulled off the face. Black Oxford Tap shoes with a hard toe box.
Black shorts or leggings are optional.
Class Cancellations, tuition, and costume payments.
Each class is billed at an average class per month rate of 3.6 classes. (Some months have 5 weeks and some have 3...most have 4.) We do not make-up missed classes due to snow days or classes missed due to personal reasons. If a class is cancelled by the studio (other than inclement weather) a make-up class will be scheduled.
Tuition is due the first week of every month. We have an auto-pay system in place for your convenience. If you choose to pay by cash or check monthly, a non-debit card is required to be held on file. If tuition is paid more than 3 weeks late, a charge will be placed on your credit card (with notice).
A costume payment is required at the time of registration. This ensures that we have enough time to order your dancer's costume in time for the recital. (Some costume deliveries can take months!) A costume payment includes, costume, tights, accessories, props (if any), shipping and handling. Costumes will be given two weeks before the performance.
Money paid to the studio
All money paid to the studio is non-refundable. If a student decides to drop a class, you must give the studio one week notice before the 1st of the month in order avoid being charged for the following month. All costume payments are non-refundable. If a student drops a class before the spring recital, you may pick up your costume during the last week of classes.
